Proposal Submission Path

Step 1 |  Proposal Summary Form

If you haven’t already done so, please complete this form as a first step to start a collaborative discussion with the EIT Digital UK team so we may provide guidance on timing and content of your proposal [click here]

Step 2 | Register for the Innovation Factory Proposal Workshop

We ask you to register for the Innovation Factory Proposal Workshop for UK and Ireland participants which is being staged as an online event from 10:00 BST to 11:30 BST on Wednesday, 18 May. This session will provide a practical walkthrough of the Online Proposal Submission Portal and explain how to position your proposal to maximise the prospect of success. There will also be ample time for Q&A. Please [register here].

Step 3 |  Partner Request Form

This optional form is used to introduce you to possible additional consortium members to add capabilities and / or meet the requirement for a consortium member from another EU country. Please complete the form with as much detail as possible and we will then distribute it across our network of offices and partners on your behalf [click here]

Step 4 | Join a Proposal Surgeries Session

If you would like one-to-one support, we are running a few Proposal Surgeries from 24th to 27th May [register here].

Step 5 | EIT Digital Innovation Factory 2022 Program Guide

For full details of the requirements, please review the Innovation Factory 2022 Program Guide and the Proposal Cut-off 2 Addendum. Please then contact london@eitdigital.eu if anything requires clarification of you have any questions.

Step 6 | Partner Information Form (PIF)

To gain access to the Online Proposal Submission Portal, you will need to complete a Partner Information Form which provides information about your organisation [click here]. The other members of your consortium will also have to complete a PIF in due course to be referenced in your proposal if they are not already Partners of EIT Digital. Please note that completion of the PIF is the first part of the application process to become an EIT Digital Partner but, if your proposal is unsuccessful, all applications can be cancelled without obligation by sending a simple notification to us by email.

Step 7 | Investor Support Letters

For proposals which have prior or planned private investor involvement, we encourage you to upload investor support letters on the investor’s letterhead with your proposal. There are two forms of support letter: Investor Support Letter for New Venture Investment and Investor Support Letter for Existing Venture Investment.  Please note that investor support letters are not a requirement for proposal submission.
